upon discovering the the Gothic Lolita costume wasn't picked for ANYONE in Round 2 of the OCSC. I was pretty heartbroken about it myself (Little Lynn loves her Goth Loli ^_^), so receiving this request actually kinda made my day.
So, I gave the costume to her. I was primarily working with a verbal description so I hope this is at least favorable, if not entirely accurate.
I hope everyone, the requester especially, enjoys this piece.
