Seriously though, this is the start of a potentially very interesting turn of events. Some readers have basically been demanding something like this to happen since Chapter 1. Others of you guessed this direction with the last page but hoped you were wrong. I hesitate to agree with what Rain’s doing here, and yet I can hardly blame her. Coming out to someone - especially family - is hard.

Ya know... the further I get in my own transition and the continuing journey to accept myself... the more I get sad when I reread this page. It hits me differently now than it did last year.
