As promised, a new comic today. Boo-freakin'-ya! This marks the first non-video game related comic, as well as the first one to not feature me SOMEWHERE in the piece.
Problem is, it didn't occur to me until I finished it that many people might not actually get the joke. So at the risk of killing the joke, I'll explain:
All of the text in the first tree panels are lyrics from the first verse of "Does Anybody Really Know What Time it Is" verbatim. I THINK it's by Chicago (not a band I'd normally listen to). Anyway, I hear this song every single day at work, and it drives me nuts because it has quite possibly the dumbest lyrics I've ever heard. Seriously, who says that?
Every time the song comes on, the events of this comic make up the exact image that comes into my head. And I decided to make a comic about it because I guess I'm hoping everyone else knows the song and can laugh at the silly things that go on in my mind.
Okay, not my best. Sue me. Maybe I'll just stick with video game comics.

Yes it's Chicago, and the answer to the question is answered in another Chicago song: 25 or 6 to 4 (i.e. it was 3:34 or 3:35 (a.m.) during an all-nighter, so they didn't really care what time it was, they just had a ton of work that had to get done)
